1. Capacity building for paediatric HIV care through training of health workers:* ANECCA provides technical and logistical support, to various countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, to scale up training of health workers in comprehensive paediatric HIV/AIDS care. Such training programs have been initiated in several countries.
* A team of ANECCA Master Trainers, comprising of senior HIV care paediatricians from several countries in Africa, has been trained in Innovative Training Skills and is available to provide technical assistance to any organization or country that needs to train their health workers in paediatric HIV care.
* ANECCA has established continent-wide networks with various experienced HIV prevention and care/treatment researchers, consultant/senior consultant paediatricians and professors of paediatrics who provide care to HIV-affected children in various countries.
The Network easily mobilizes them to provide technical assistance to equip other health workers with knowledge and skills in paediatric HIV care, treatment and support.

2. Production of Training Materials:* ANECCA has produced and is disseminating a generic curriculum for training health workers in comprehensive paediatric HIV/AIDS care. The curriculum has been adopted/adapted as a training curriculum in various countries. It is freely available in hard and electronic copies and can be adopted/adapted for use to train various categories of health workers.
